Kia has paired the EX and SX with a 6-Speed Manual, Overdrive Transmission. However, a 6-Speed Electronically Controlled Sportmatic, Overdrive Transmission is optional on both models. 2012 Forte Koup Standard Features & Options
Cloth seat trim is standard on the EX, while the SX gets an upgraded sport cloth seat trim. Also, the SX has an optional leather seat trim with heated front seats for even more comfort. A 6-way adjustable driver's seat and a 60/40 split folding rear seat with center armrest comes standard on all models. Pumping out the tunes in the EX and SX is an AM/FM/CD/MP3/SiriusXM audio system with 6 speakers. For added convenience, all models come equipped with USB and auxiliary input jacks to plug in any number of portable music devices. Never worry about fumbling for your phone while driving again, since the Forte Koup comes standard with Bluetooth wireless technology and matching steering wheel-mounted controls. Power windows, door locks and remote keyless entry are also all standard. The SX has several stylish upgraded standard features, such as a leather-wrapped steering wheel and gearshift knob, metal-finish interior accents and metal pedals.
If you are interested in optional upgrades, then you'll be happy to know that the EX and SX can come equipped with Front Automatic Temperature Control, as well as a Navigation System with SiriusXM Traffic and Rear Camera Display. Also, Push Button Start is optional, as well. Several packages are available for the EX and SX, too, like the EX Premium Package, which adds a Power Sunroof with Tilt and upgraded 16" tires with alloy wheels. |
